The divination is usually done by laying cards like the tarot. Or also with the help of other oracles - as well as astrology.
The classic among card readings, and probably the most popular in the world. Whoever draws it, usually wants something like a prediction for the current day. Perhaps the card also represents a task, challenge or an overall motto. Sometimes it is seen as a one-time draw, regardless of the individual question and the time frame it applies to. Then the card can give a brief glimpse into the future or other advice.
The cross sum from a date is an alternative way to determine a daily card. The tarot is particularly suitable for this, but basically all decks with a numbering can be used.
2 + 4 + 1 + 2 + 2 + 0 + 1 + 9 = 21
XXI - The World
The calculation of the cross sum can also be done for a past date (e.g. birth, wedding), to look for instance numerologically at a person or a turning point in life.
Several cards are drawn. This can be done, as an example, for today, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. For more detailed information about a single date, the spread may take a separate look at individual areas of life.
The horoscope for each day, ordered by zodiac signs. Mostly they can be found in newspapers or on astro sites. Often the position of the planets is analyzed and interpreted for the current date. It would also be conceivable to spread the star constellations with cards and to interpret them in connection with one's own zodiac sign.
There are countless possibilities. Any saying or other hint of an oracle can be given particularly for a certain day.
